チェックイン時刻 / Check-in Times
チェックイン受付は16時から21時までです。21時以降はフロントを閉め、スタッフが不在となるためチェックインをお受けできません。
当日やむを得ない事情が生じ、21時までにご連絡をいただいた場合に限り、当宿の判断により22時まで応じることがあります（特別対応費 お一人1,000円）。22時以降はいかなる場合もお受けできません。
Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Our front desk closes at 9:00 pm and no staff remain, so we cannot check in after that time.
Where unavoidable circumstances arise on the day and we are notified before 9:00 pm, we may at our discretion accommodate arrival up to 10:00 pm (special handling fee: 1,000 yen per person). Arrivals after 10:00 pm cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

宿泊サービスの性質上、宿泊後の返金はいたしかねます。
当施設都合で宿泊が不可能な場合は全額返金いたします。
No refunds after accommodation due to the nature of the service. Full refund only if the stay is cancelled by the facility.
